Resolutions 2009

2009 New year’s Resolutions:

Actively work to be healthier by

Eating more vegetables & fruits
Putting sustained exercise into every day
Reducing sweets/junk
Doing what my health professionals say (floss, take eye drops, use lotion, do back exercises, etc.)

Spend more time with my loved ones
